Craniosacral Therapy & Therapeutic Integrated Massage
Toronto, ON
Gentle, attuned therapy for people carrying more than their system can hold alone.
Your body keeps going, even when everything feels tight, overwhelmed, or stuck. You may not have words for what you're feeling — only a sense that something inside you needs support.
I offer a place for your system to settle and unwind. No pushing. No forcing. No pressure. Just presence, safety, and the kind of listening your body can trust.
A session is slow and supportive. One area may call, or several. There’s no agenda. Your system leads. My role is to meet you with steady hands and presence.
To meet each person where they are, from preconception through pregnancy to end-of-life care, addressing systems throughout the body — from the immune system to the brain and enteric system — including work with concussion and trauma.
The same principles that guide work with people apply with horses and dogs — listen, follow, and treat what we find. Equine and canine craniosacral therapy is available for animals carrying tension, recovering from injury, or simply not quite themselves.
We begin by clarifying what your system is asking for — physically, emotionally, or spiritually. This creates the focus and safety of the session.
I listen with my hands and my presence. Your body’s subtle cues guide the direction of the work.
Your body leads. I follow the places that draw attention naturally.
We only work with what presents, in the layers where your system is ready to change, and with no agenda.
Each session draws from a range of approaches, guided by what the body reveals. Not every modality is used in every session — only what is called for.
Gentle, hands-on work with the craniosacral system, supporting the release of tension and the body's natural self-healing processes, guided by subtle rhythmic motion.
Arising within a Craniosacral Therapy session, supporting the release of residual effects of trauma held within the body through physical sensation and tissue response.
Gentle, specifically applied manual therapy supporting the mobility, tone, and inherent motion of organs and their connective tissues, including viscerovascular and neural relationships.
Gentle work with the lymphatic system, supporting the rhythm, direction, and quality of lymphatic flow and its role in fluid balance and immune function.
A distinct hands-on approach focusing on the brain, cranial nerves, and their functional relationships within the whole system.
Touch that works with bone, joints, and structure at the interface of structure and energy, supporting overall alignment through the whole person.
Work with specific points along the body's meridian pathways using fine needles or focused manual pressure to influence circulation, nervous system activity, and overall balance.
Tuning forks calibrated to specific frequencies are applied to acupuncture points and around the body, interacting with meridian pathways and the nervous system to support resonance and regulation.
Reiki involves gentle contact supporting relaxation and nervous system regulation. Reflexology works with specific points on the feet that correspond to different areas of the body, supporting systemic balance through structured touch.
The foundation of all sessions. Hands-on work with the body's muscles, fascia, and joints that allows the work to stay grounded while adapting to what your body is actually doing in the moment.
“Every treatment protocol should be dictated by the wisdom of the patient’s own body.”
— Dr. John E. Upledger, Father of CranioSacral Therapy
This work found me before I was looking for it. I was six years old the first time I helped someone — my mother had a headache, and I massaged her neck, her shoulders, her feet until it passed. I didn’t know what I was doing. I just wanted her to feel better.
That’s still mostly why I do this.
Over forty years later, the work has deepened — through energy healing, formal training, twenty-six years in clinic — but the thing underneath it hasn’t changed. I believe care moves through the hands. I believe the body responds to being truly met. I try to show up that way every time.

Across adults, infants, and animals, one thing remains true:
The body relaxes when it feels truly heard. I hold to that, even when it takes time.
For those who have trained in Craniosacral Therapy and are looking to deepen their hands, their listening, and their confidence in the work.
Sessions focus on refining touch, following the body more precisely, and learning to trust what you are feeling.
