.All in person session times include 15 minutes for necessary administrative duties, including arrival, payment, scheduling follow-ups, departure, and required sanitation.  Clients remain dressed for the majority of modalities so as much time as possible will be dedicated to assessment and treatment.

If the available times aren’t great for your schedule, feel free to email tim@timdavis.ca and I will do my best to find a time that works for both of us.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Missed Appointment Policy

At least 48-hours notice is required to change or cancel appointments. If less than 48 hours notice is given for rescheduling, canceling, or for missed appointments, payment for the full cost of the appointment will be required before future appointments may be booked. Cancelling booked sessions doesn’t affect the therapist, it affects all the other clients trying to receive treatment. Please be considerate of others when booking, and only book sessions you know you will attend.

Need to find another practitioner?

As an alternative you may need to find another practitioner to ensure location, times, etc. are best for you. I strongly encourage you to visit The International Alliance of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP) at iahp.com then click on the Find a Therapist button in the upper right corner. You can then search by entering the city and province/state you live in and click find.  The International Alliance of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP) maintains a list of everyone worldwide that has been trained in CranioSacral Therapy as developed by Dr. John Upledger, Jean-Pierre Barral’s Visceral Manipulation, Fritz Smith’s Zero Balancing, and other modalities. John Upledger discovered the craniosacral rhythm and the Upledger Institute offers a wide range of courses including focus areas on the Brain, Immune System, and others. This site also lists the levels of training a person has completed, as well as any classes for which an individual is qualified to act as teaching assistant.
