Therapeutic Integrated Massage (RMT)
A treatment guided by touch, listening hands, and what your body has to say. Using an integrative blend of CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Zero Balancing, Acupuncture, Acutonics®, Lymph Drainage Therapy, and Traditional Massage, we follow the threads of tension and strain — wherever they lead. With presence and intention, we create space for the nervous system to settle, for structure to shift, and for healing to begin.
Virtual Sessions
Body Awareness Explorations
A felt-sense journey into the present moment, grounded in the science of interoception and the wisdom of your own body. These sessions are informed by body scan practices, Dan Siegel’s concept of first-order sensations, and the principles of Pain Reprocessing Therapy — the same approach shown to significantly reduce chronic pain in the Boulder Back Pain Study.
Together, we gently explore the sensations beneath your symptoms — tightness, tingling, heat, stillness, etc. — without judgment or agenda. Sometimes the body holds echoes of past injuries, emotional experiences, or protective patterns that are no longer needed. Through somatic presence and compassionate guidance, we give space for those signals to be seen, felt, heard, and ultimately, to shift.
