T.I.M. (Therapeutic Integrated Massage)

  • Combining all modalities Tim has studied as is appropriate for that session
  • Listening to the innate wisdom of the body; through fascial restrictions, through heat, through movement of surface and deeper structures to facilitate a session to treat the whole being.

  • Specialized tuning forks and hand chimes create Vibrational Sound Healing in the space and applied to acupuncture points, trigger points, tight muscles, and the energy field of the body to bring about deep calm, open awareness, and a grounded, relaxed state for the body and mind.

CranioSacral Therapy

  • A light-touch, whole-body treatment technique which works with the body’s craniosacral system to support and nourish the central nervous system – improving overall health and well-being.
  • A complementary method of hands-on bodywork; works with the natural and unique rhythms of the different body systems to pinpoint and address problem sources.
  • Helps to alleviate the aches, pains and strains of life; improves coping mechanisms to allow for better management of stress.
  • Improves the body’s ability to self-care; can produce profound, positive changes.

Massage Therapy

  • A focused technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. Based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which corresponds to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body.

Dynamic Field Therapy

  • Recognizes the body creates a dynamic energy field with every movement, thought, and feeling, and that field continually bathes the body reinforcing habitual patterns.
  • Through touch, guided meditation, and intention the dynamic field can be brought back into balance, releasing ties to unhealthy patterns of movement, thought, and/or feeling.

Applied Kinesiology

  •  The body is a storehouse of wisdom, locking or “staying strong” when thoughts, feelings, and things are in harmony with it, and unlocking or “going weak” when not. This allows testing of beliefs, sensitivities, muscular imbalances, etc.
  • Using the neuro-reflex points along the spine balance can be restored throughout the body, mind, and spirit.
